Exercises for Stronger Feet and Ankles

Good afternoon, everyone! It’s another glorious day. Thank God for his new blessings and mercies today. He is so worthy of praise.

I have another article and video courtesy of John Sifferman that I think you’ll all like. This one focuses on developing stronger feet and ankles. I know that may sound strange but having a strong foundation to build upon will be of a great help as you progress in your health journey. I’ve incorporated these exercises into my routine already and they’ve helped me with my running. The best thing about this is it’s weight free, it can be done anywhere, and most of the exercises are easy. He even shows how to take it up a notch for those looking for more a challenge.

Remember, if you’re trying to achieve better health, today is a great day to start. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. One step is all it takes to make a change.
