Today I have an interesting video on a debate about saturated fats. There’s alot of talk as whether or not fat is bad. In my research I’ve found that there are good uses for fat. Saturated fats are good for our health by improving your brain and liver health and strengthening your immune system, among other things. They also help to keep us full when we eat. We can’t get rid of them all together but we also can’t over eat them either. That’s why all things are good in moderation. I like the points that both of the specialists make and found it to be very informative.
