Tip Tuesday : How Water Impacts Your Health

Good evening, everyone! Happy Tuesday! The week is nearly half over and it’s going well. Temperatures are going to be in 70 tomorrow, here on the east coast. I couldn’t be happier. Spring is coming, and I’m thankful to God for his new blessings and mercies each day. He’s worthy of all my praise for all that he is and everything he’s done for me.


Today on this Tip Tuesday I want to encourage you to drink more water. It’s very important to stay hydrated. It assist with our digestion, regulating our temperature, and helps to remove toxins so our bodies work efficiently.
