Avacado Tuna Salad

Good afternoon, everyone! Happy Monday. A new week is in full swing and I hope yours is off to a good. I’m thankful for the new blessings and mercies God provided today. I am grateful for each one and could not be more happier for all that he is and all that he’s doing.

Avacados are an amazing fruit. They are high in fiber and potassium. They work ad an anti-inflammatory, strengthens the immune system, promotes bone health, and reduces the risk of stroke, among other things. They are creamy and delicious.

The avacado is the star of this awesome recipe: Avacado Tuna Salad. This tuna salad uses avacado in place of mayonnaise. It gives a creaminess and healthy fats. You also don’t have to worry about it spoiling if left out.

Try this recipe at your next gathering. I hope you like it as much as I did.
