Good afternoon, everyone! We are now into Tuesday. I hope your week is going well. I’m thankful today for everything that God has been doing in my life. He provided many amazing blessings and mercies today. Make your goal this week to remain in an attitude of gratitude.
Today is Tip Tuesday and I have a diagram to show in the effects of sugar. I believe that all things are good in moderation and that too much of anything is bad for you. Take the time to see how sugar effects different parts of the body and make an effort to decrease your usage. This doesn’t mean to swear off sugar all together, nor should you switch to sugar substitutes, which are actually worse. Be more mindful of what you’re putting into your body. What you eat, will have an impact on your overall health.
