Tip Tuesday: Falling Asleep Faster

Good morning everyone! How are you on this Tuesday? I hope your day is going well. Here in my neck of the woods, the kids are starting a new school year. The transition into Autumn is beginning. I thank God for this day and his new blessings and mercies. I’m grateful for all he is doing and all that he is.

And now its time for a health tip. Are you getting enough sleep? Studies suggest an average of 7-8 hours. Do you have trouble getting to sleep? I have a diagram I found on Pinterest that I want to share with you. It’s about twenty different ways to fall asleep fast. Unfortunately counting sheep is not one if them.
