Tip Tuesday : Trampoline Workout 

Good morning, everyone! I hope you all had a great Easter. I know I did. I enjoyed going to church and going out to dinner with my family. It was a day of taking in all of God’s amazing blessings and mercies. I’m thankful for his Son Jesus and all that he has done in my heart.

Today is Tip Tuesday. I have a diagram that I found on Pinterest a month ago that I want to share with you. It’s a workout involving various moves on a trampoline. I incorporate this into my strength training workouts. It only takes ten minutes to do and it hits several different muscles groups including your legs, arms, and core. I also have a video that I took of myself doing one of the exercises. 

I hope that you will give this a try. Switch up your workout and make it fresh. If you’re just getting in to working out this could be a great start for you. All it takes is one small step toward change to make a huge difference. The year isn’t over yet. Let 2017 be the year you turned your health around.
